What is the difference between Founder, Manager, & Agent?

Founder: The owner of a club, has full and final authority over the club
Manager: Enjoys the same authority as a Founder except they lack the powers to disband or change the avatar of a Club, to classify members as Managers, to create/join a Union or to create/alter Jackpots
Agent: Can only manage their downlines by sending out PP Chips and checking player data.
