You can setup your agents within the app. First they join your club, then you can follow this article to make them an agent: https://help.pppokersupport.com/support/solutions/articles/64000033580-how-can-i-set-a-member-as-manager-or-agent-

After that, all you have to do is tell the agent to tell players they bring on to enter their agent ID (referral ID) when they join the club. Basically they’ll go get you players and tracking will revolve around this ID.

As far as compensation goes, that’s totally up to you! You can pick a percent to give them of the take they bring in. Or you can work on another agreement.
