I forgot my username, how do I reset my account or retrieve login information? Print

If you forget your password and need our help reset your password, please provide the following information to certify you’re the account holder, send the answers to info@pppoker.net for a password reset.

1. Your nickname (the name on the profile page)

2. Your user ID (the digital numbers on the profile page):

4. ID or name of all clubs that you own/manage/join:

5. Have you ever purchased any diamonds in our game? What is the number of the last purchased diamonds? What is your diamond balance?
